Stress Relief

Yes, hypnosis is a truly excellent method for shifting your brain from overwhelmed, rushing, self-critical, anxious mode into peace and calm. I've seen it work over and over again for myself and for clients. This summer, I led weekly guided group hypnosis sessions for stress relief at a busy ad agency in Manhattan - during the work day.   Week after week, I watched as these busy professionals got the relief they wanted, returning to their work feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to be creative.
